Individual Therapy
I serve clients 15 years and older via in-person and telehealth sessions. In our sessions I provide individualized therapy based on your needs, preferences, and goals for treatment. I support clients navigating:

Rate: $195 per 55 minute session.
Group Therapy
I offer two in-person therapy groups in Solana Beach, CA.
1. Sexual Trauma Therapy Group. This group is open to women and non-binary identifying people. This group uses the evidence based program Seeking Safety as a foundation to help people with a history of sexual trauma come together and move forward from the abuse. This is a space where you are welcome to show up authentically, land, and connect with community. Please reach out to be added to the interest list for the next group cycle. 2. Anxiety Management Group. Are you feeling overwhelmed and looking for support? You deserve a space where you can learn tools to help with overthinking while feeling supported by community. This group is open to adults struggling with anxiety who are looking for clinical and community support. Please reach out to be added to the interest list for the next group cycle. Group Rate: Each group session is $75 per each 1.5 hour group.
Note on Insurance:
I am an out of network provider which means sessions are private pay only. You may be eligible for a portion of the cost to be reimbursed from your insurance depending on your plan coverage. Calling the number on the back of your insurance card is the best way to learn about your insurance coverage. I provide superbills which are detailed documents for your records which may be required by your insurance for reimbursement.
Sliding Scale
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact me about sliding scale rates. I have structured this practice so that I can offer sliding scale sessions to community members in need. I believe that financial strain should not be a barrier to quality care.
