Individual Therapy
I provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth for adults located in California. In our sessions, I provide individualized therapy based on your needs, preferences, and goals for treatment. An approach that works for one person may not work for another which is why we will collaborate to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and aligned with your goals. Prior to beginning therapy, we will schedule a 15 minute consult to discuss your current needs and goals. Rate: $175 per 55 minute session. I am an out of network provider which means sessions are cash pay only. You may be eligible for a portion of the cost to be reimbursed from your insurance depending on plan coverage. I provide superbills which are detailed documents for your records. Please let me know if you are in need of a sliding scale fee.

Group Therapy
At the beginning of my career I wanted nothing to do with group therapy! Quickly I realized the power of group therapy and developed a love for facilitating. I offer three groups at this time:
1. Self-Compassion Group for femme and non-binary identifying people. This group is six weeks in length and runs as a cohort meaning you will be with the same group of people for the duration of the group.
2. Sexual Assault Support Group. This group is open to people who have experienced sexual abuse, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse/assault, and incest. If you have a preference for a gender specific group, please let me know when you submit your interest form. This group has rolling admissions meaning new members can join any week of the group.
3. Anxiety Management Process Group. This group is open to anyone struggling with anxiety and looking for clinical and community support. This group has rolling admissions meaning new members can join any week of group.
Group Rate: Each group session is $50 per each 1.5 hour group. Please let me know if you are in need of a sliding scale fee.

I am happy to answer questions about participation during the initial 15 minute consult. If after the consult you would like to sign up for a group, we will schedule an individual session to explore what you are hoping to gain from group, how I can tailor the group to your needs, and I can answer any questions you may have about group participation.
